Steel Mountain Martial Arts was founded on the belief that martial arts should be accessible, empowering, and community-driven. Our classes are intentionally kept small—maximum 12 adults or 15 children—to ensure high-quality instruction and genuine connection. Every student matters here.
Why Choose Steel Mountain?
Adult classes: Improve flexibility, fitness, and mental focus while learning effective martial arts techniques.
A safe, respectful environment where students grow at their own pace.
Affordable pricing: Just $165/month per household—no hidden fees, no contracts.
Family classes: Parents and children (ages 8+) can train together, even into their 50s and beyond.

What to Expect in a Typical Adult Class:

Cardio-based warm-up (e.g., skipping, drills).
Dynamic stretching (individual or partner-based).
Fundamentals: Punching, kicking, blocking techniques, along with redirections and combinations.
Heavy bag work along with double-end bag work from an instructional aspect including skill development and cardio health or kick boxing rounds.
Focus Pad or Mitt work and kicking pad drills for targeting and timing.
Light-contact sparring or scenario-based self-defense.
We invite you to experience martial arts in a way that’s supportive, challenging, and rewarding—at your pace, in your community.
